 Clients may cancel their project or service by submitting a written request to info@blueoctaria.com.
 Cancellations will only be effective once confirmed by our team.
1.2. Company-Initiated Cancellation
 Blue-Octaria Software reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, non-cooperation, or violation of terms. In such cases, clients will be notified, and a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to specific conditions based on the nature and stage of the project:
- Before Project Commencement:
Full refund will be issued if the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated. - After Project Initiation:
Partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed and resources utilized. - After Project Completion:
No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been provided or deployed. 
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation or discovery sessions.
 - Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software purchases.
 - Custom development services once the project has entered the execution stage.
 - Maintenance, retainer, or subscription-based services.
 
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment provider.
 - Contact your credit card company; processing time may vary.

6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund or cancellation dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of California, USA, and handled in the courts of San Francisco.
